The name list for this year’s China-South Korea Music Festival has been confirmed, and after 13 amendments, TVXQ’s name has been taken off the list.
The participants from South Korea include: Super Junior-M, SS501, Lee Jung Hyun, Jewelry, RYAN, YEOUL, Kan Mi Yeon, Koo Jun Yup, f(x).
Initially, the China’s broadcasting station extended invitations to TVXQ, but they were eventually rejected.

Previously, Lee Jung Hyun made her debut back in Japan in 2004. But it’s now 2009? What’s next for Lee Jung Hyun? The United States. Lee Jung Hyun will be releasing a single alongside Lady GaGa, who first met Lee Jung Hyun earlier this year when she opened for Lady GaGa’s show. Although she was only supposed to be the opening act, Lady GaGa has liked her so much, she decided to ask Lee Jung Hyun to record a song with her. The song is supposed to be released in late-2009, but the date is expected to change. The track is recorded already, and is suppose to be sticking to Lee Jung Hyun’s techno/dance sound, much like her latest album, Avaholic, which came out this past May. This won’t be Lee Jung Hyun’s first time in America though. Her last music video, “Crazy,” was shot in California and was directed by the same person who has directed videos as the likes of Justin Timberlake and legendary Britney Spears. The photos were also shot when the video was recorded, and were shot by Ken Pax, who has done photo shoots for Carmen Electra, Matt Damon and much more.

Sexy singer Lee JungHyun had put up a special performance for pop singer Lady Gaga’s performance in Korea on 9th August.
And Lee JungHyun uploaded photos on her minihompy on 10th August saying, “It was really enjoyable. Our kind Miss Gaga~ Very very pretty and cool! Best after all!”
She also wrote, “I had fun on performing on stage after a long time. Thank you so much to Gaga nim, Gaga dancers who were monitoring my performing by my side throughout my performance.”
Lee JungHyun has put up a special opening performance for Lady Gaga’s concert with performances of ‘Wa’, ‘Vogue It Girl’, ‘Crazy’ and ‘Ari Ari’.

Singer Lee JungHyun is secretly preparing for a special stage for Lady Gaga for her performance in Korea on 20th August.
Her company said, “We received a proposal from Lady Gaga’s company to put up a good performances with not limits attached. Lee JungHyun has got together all her hits and preparing for her best performance.”
She has prepared an over-20-minutes-long performance of her hits ‘Crazy’, ‘Ban’, ‘Ari Ari’ and ‘Wa’ etc, with the companion of 20 back dancers.
Because Lee JungHyun was personally invited as the guest opening performance, Lee JungHyun has not only prepared her own stage, the 2 will also be singing a duet together for the performance.

Hiphop group Epik High member Tablo will be having a duet ‘BBQ’, arranged by Tablo himself, with Jung HyunDong for MBC Infinite Challenge.
The 6-member group on Infinite Challenge will have different collaborations with various musicians – Park Myung Soo with So Nyeo Shi Dae Jessica, Yoo JaeSeok with Yoon Mirae and Tiger JK; Jung Hoon Ha with After School and Yoon Jong Shin; JunJin with Lee Jung Hyun, and Noh Hong Chul with No Brain. These collaboration is for their special episode of ‘To the Olympics: Music Festival’
Ahead of the reveal of the songs, teasers to Tablo-Jung HyungDon ‘BBQ’ collaboration and Yoo JaeSeok-Tiger JK and Yoon MiRae collaboration of ‘Let’s Dance’ are revealed.

Singer cum actress Lee Jung Hyun revealed that she had up to 34 male entertainers who had confessed their love to her.
She was on KBS ‘Shin Dong Yeop, Shin Bong Seon’s Champagne’ on 30th May when she said, “In the past, I had been in the relationship and being confessed to by as many as 34 male entertainers.”
She opened her diary cautiously and read, “So and so pleaded to me and told me that he loves me to the degree it hurts his heart, but I can’t do that” etc. She revealed that because she was in a love relationship with her boyfriend that she cannot accept the 34 male entertainers who had confessed to her.
Meanwhile, Lee Jung Hyun also revealed that her boyfriend has been captivated by one of her other male seonbae, “I really didn’t want to talk about it because that person still did not come out clean about it. I saw the 2 of them hugging and kissing, and at that time I thought I didn’t want to live anymore.”

Singer Jun Jin announced that he will canceled promotionals activities out of respect for to the death of former President Roh Moo-Hyun.
Jun Jin who started off his promotional activities with the dance track “Hey Ya” voluntarily postponed all promotional activities. He has informed the even organizer in Daegu that he will not be attending the event.
On May 26, a Jun Jin’s spokeperson said: “I think is not the right time to perform dance tracks”. Due to the canceling of all peformences this week, Jun Jin will only a month after, but “Theres no other choice”.
Starting the end of May, Jun Jin will start his Asia Tour and will not be performing in any korean music programs for a month. During the week he will attend the recording of Infinite Challenge and he will still can be catch every weekend on MBC,”Infinity Challenge”.
A Jun Jin’s spokesperson also stated that this week should have been the most active with his “Hey Ya” promotions; before the start of his “Asia Tour”.
In addition, other singers like Chae Yeon, Lee Jung Hyun have drastically decrease their schedules, and will carry on with their activities next week.

On the next upcoming episode of Ya Shim Man Man season 2, Singer/actress Lee Jung Hyun admitted that, in the past, she had feelings for Shinhwa’s Jun Jin.
Jung Hyun stated that, after she and Jun Jin became friends, she misinterpreted Jun Jin’s immediate closeness with her as a sign that he was interested in being more than just friends. As a result, Jun Jin’s actions toward Jung Hyun caused her to develop feelings for him. Jung Hyun went on to say that the reason why she misread Jun Jin’s feelings was because, at the time, he was feeling glum and depressed and he would frequently call her for comfort, hence she felt that they had a special relationship. Jung Hyun also said that there was this one time where she was out drinking with her close friends and she decided to give Jun Jin a call and invite him to join them. Jun Jin eagerly obliged and met up with Jung Hyun and her friends for drinks.
Jung Hyun soon realized where she and Jun Jin stood when he gave her an autographed CD with a message that revealed how Jun Jin really felt about her. The other guests on YSMM were surprised by the manner in which Jun Jin divulged his true feelings when they heard Jung Hyun explain the impersonal and somewhat cold way he did it. Jun Jin responded by saying that one way or another he had to clear up the confusion that Jung Hyun had about their friendship. Jun Jin went on to give his side of the story but you’re going to have to watch the next episode of Ya Shim Man Man to find out what his version is.
This episode of Ya Shim Man Man was supposed to air on the 25th of May but, due to the sad and unfortunate death of President Roh, its broadcast date has been postponed to the 6th of June.

Newcomer female group 2NE1 is #1 on Mnet music chart for the 2nd week consecutive.
Their debut song ‘Fire’ is up at #1 position on the chart for the 3rd week of May. The debut song of the group has gave good results to be up on the chart for 2 weeks consecutively. While the CM song ‘Lollipop’ they sang together with Big Bang has fell 3 positions to be at #11, staying on the chart for its 9th week.

The singer Lee Junghyun who has made a flashy comeback with a new album after 2 years and 7 months picked SNSD as her top rival.
Lee Junghyun appeared on KBS ‘Celebrity News’ on the 23rd and expressed her overwhelming thoughts on making a comeback in the national music industry. When the reporter asked how she was during the break, she replied, “I worked as a patriot of Korea in China. I earned lots of foreign currency also” and “I’ve gotten lots of fans due to lots of activity in China.”
Lee Junghyun who is facing her 14th year since her debut stated, “My rival is SNSD. But I think I have a stronger charisma” and “When I was that age, I was scary and interesting instead of fresh” as she reminisced about her debut period.
Lee Junghyun is making a comeback to the Korean industry with her newly released album.
The title song ‘Crazy’ was written by the hit song writer who wrote SNSD’s ‘Gee’. The writer, E-Tribe, was in charge of writing and producing the song and when the audition for the making of the music video was held, over 400 dancers signed up for the audition after just listening to the chorus part of the song. The song presents a strong and trendy sound. Also the song is a unique mix of R&B with hip-hop which was hard to come across in Korea and is something to be anticipating about.
